Missing CDM token

If the device is unable to provide a valid cloud-device-messaging (CDM) token, a warning will be shown in the top left of the summary tab

Warning

A device without a token will be unable to receive certain commands but will still be able to send information to the server!

To solve this issue, you must perform a factory reset on the device before setting up the manager again.

Please allow for up to one hour for the warning to disappear after setting up the device again
